I'm currently leasing a 13 y/o dark bay thoroughbred gelding named Teague aka Steve, and his show name is Stevie Wonder. He is such a personality and I love him to pieces. He's taking me around 3' courses (hunter/jumper equitation) and we've also done some higher jumps here and there, so hoping to move up! I've been riding since October of 2010 and the sport has pretty much taken over my life; I wouldn't have it any other way! Teague is the tallest horse in the barn (over 17 hands) and has the absolute worst ground manners, but can be a good ride when he wants to! He's introducing me to higher jumps as well as foxhunting, and I'm starting to work on liberty training with him which has both improved his ground manners and strengthened our bond. I also ride a large dapple/fleabitten grey pony named Chester, who is my project. He's a naughty little thing who I've sorta taken under my wing. Training and showing him is an absolute blast, and I feel blessed to be able to work with such a fun little guy! Right now I'm hoping to get into jumpers/show jumping with him.

I have three dogs: Logan, a 7 y/o blue merle Australian cattle dog; Bishop, a black tri 6 y/o GSD x Aussie x greyhound/whippet x dobie x coyote; and Kavita (kuh-vee-tuh) or "Vita" (vee-tuh), a 1y/o apbt x treeing feist. Their names are X-Men inspired. Logan does agility, Schutzhund, tracking, rally-o, freestyle, and obedience. Bishop does agility, rally-o, freestyle, and obedience, and I'm hoping to get him into lure coursing. Kavita is a young master at agility and rally-o. I've never shown or competed with them , but I'm hoping to get into the local kennel club's agility shows with Vita. I've found that Bishop absolutely loves long-distance hikes. We took him up to an impromptu trip to the mountains and he was braver than I've ever seen him. So, I hope to do LOTS of trekking with him in the future.

two baby chinchillas: Mac, a standard sapphire carrier and Brock, a white mosaic. Their names are inspired by Spider-Man characters. They're both show quality chins, and Brock has even won a first place. I've never shown them myself, however they were shown in the past by their breeder. 2 fish: Very large female goldfish in a 20 gal; Toru is white common and Min is a calico shubunkin. I am definitely an aquarium enthusiast. I have two 10 gal tanks that I plan on getting bettas for.

and a bearded dragon: He's super old, like 9 or 10 I wanna say...? His name is Spike (also an Xmen reference) and he pretty much just sunbathes, eats stuff, and noses around in the sand. His favorite hobbies include eating unsuspecting darkling beetles when he's in the back yard, and putting his face in front of the A/C.
