I am known on Furry Paws as Queen of the Lab, a reference to my studies in Biology. As of January 1st, 2018 I am 19 years of age, living in Southeast Brazil. I am aware many foreigners don't really know my country: Rio, carnival, yada yada. There is much more to a country than that. So, if there is anything you want to know about being Brazilian, or Brazil, send me a PM - I will gladly answer any questions you have. I consider myself a gender critical feminist and I hate the fact we seem to be the bad guys in the fight for equality, when we are actually anything but!

On Furry Paws

Furry Paws means a lot to me. I stumbled upon the website by accident a little over a year ago and I can certainly say it changed my life. Cheesy? Yes, but hear me out: I struggle with depression and anxiety since my childhood (YES, children can suffer from mental health problems!) and waking up was always a struggle to me. Furry Paws made me excited to get up every day to see how my dogs performed that night, and added with RL support, it made 2017 a fantastic year. I breed Drovers, although sometimes I will dabble in other groups. My all time favourite breed in RL is the Miniature American Shepherd, and it saddens me that they look so different in FP. Here, I am focusing on my Sheltie lines, which I started from scratch. I hope to develop my own Finnish Lapphund lines, too. Being a full time university student is exhaustive; because of that, I keep a very small number of dogs I can show every day. This hinders my progress with lines, but I prefer slow and ongoing rather than a quick start and a long pause so I can get some breathing room. Thanks for visiting!
