Blindsighted Kennel

Blindsighted Kennel was one of the top breeders of Basenjis on Furry-Paws Beta for several years. I have had many dogs on the high score board, as well as the Hall of Fame. The kennel was founded in 2004, and I've played FP on-and-off since then.
Blindsighted Kennels has recently entered non-Beta Furry Paws and restarted their Basenji lines. Since BLND had some of the highest-placing Basenjis in Beta, it's expected that these dogs will soon be some of the best in the the game. In addition, BLND has recently started new lines of Africanis, Saluki, and Afghan Hound.
BLND's goal is to breed the highest quality dogs possible. This is accomplished through a combination of showing in high-exp earning shows, use of the best accessories and food, and selective breeding to generate the best possible genetics. BLND utilizes biased training, feeding, accessories and shows to allow our dogs to reach their maximum potential. Speed and intelligence (depending on breed) are our preferred biases.
BLND believes that no dog except a high quality dog is worth breeding. For that reason, BLND does not keep any dogs with poor genes or more than one fair gene. In addition, my minimum breeding level for all dogs is 30. Dogs are typically not bred until age 88. And, in case you are wondering, I have no problem with inbreeding. I do so occasionally, and as long as it is not likely to cause poor genes in the pups, I have no qualms with those who buy my animals doing the same. I am currently looking for breeding partners for all of my breeds, so if you are a breeder who shares similar goals as me, please send me a message.

Requirements for Stud Requests
All of my male dogs above level 40 are available for stud service. Females over level 40 and under 89 days old will be available for breeding at my discretion. If there is no obvious breeding partner for the bitch when she is over 88 days, old, she may be available for breeding. To request a breeding, message me. Your animal must be at least level 30, must not have had more than three litters in the past, may not have any fair or poor genes, and must be well cared for. I also request that you let me keep a pup from the litter if I want it.

Buying My Dogs
To buy one of my dogs/puppies, you must have a minimum breeding level of 30. You must show all your dogs in their max number of shows each day, and they must all be happy and vaccinated. You must message me if you plan on reselling my dogs. I may want them back, and will offer a fair price. I also do not normally keep puppies from litters that I myself don't plan to keep. If you want a pup from one of my litters, send me a message about it.

My first Basenji pups are in and they're looking fantastic! I'm so excited! Also, Africanis pups will be here soon. :)

I'm so proud of how well all of my dogs are doing! I can't wait until my Basenjis have their first pups in a few weeks. I am planning on breeding the best half of my females at day 88, and keeping one pup from each litter (another pup will be reservable). All the Basenjis will be bred at 100 days, and one or two pups kept from each litter. Depending on how happy I am with my genetic litter, I may bring over some of my best genetic pups to be raised alongside and bred to the new pups.

My new Basenjis are going great so far. I've also recently started Africanis, Salukis, and Alaskan Malamutes. Hopefully they will be just as successful.

I just switched over to non-Beta. I'm very excited about restarting my old Basenji lines, and about all the changes to the site. I'm planning to stick around for quite a while, especially since the new site is so much faster and easier to use.
