Leafy The Kennel a Forest Home

Welcome to my kennel! You are in a Jungle quite alone- or so it seems. As your walking along you see a HUGE cat! It is protecting a sign that you didn't notice before. You squint to read it. It reads: Leafy The Kennel: A Forest Home BEWARE: Wild Cat protectors And Lovely Dogs That Say: TURN BACK HELP! The Cat yawns then notices you and raises the alarm. A human walks out. "What is it that you treasure to see so dearly? If you wish you still have a chance to escape. To go inside you must message me the answer to this riddle and the door will always be open to you. Are you ready?" You could nod or run. If you nod here is your riddle: "I once was red but now I'm black. What am I?"
