~Rescue of the Week~
I wanted to start doing a "rescue of the week" to help generate some traffic and possibly even some adoptions for our sweet rescues! Our rescues are progressing so quickly, really getting up there in their comps and so far one has almost reached level 20!
Left Me in the Dust was a more recent rescue. I adopted her from the Humane Society last Monday, when someone was dumping a lot of 11 day old Greyhounds in there.

She comes fully equipped with all necessities as well as a red Krong chew, is cared for every day, and would love to join your kennel as part of your Greyhound program or just as a pet!
Adoption Fee: It costs nothing to adopt, but please consider donating if it's within your means!
Take a look at our other rescues as well if you'd like! We have Border Collies, Greyhounds, Otterhounds, German Pinschers, and Central Asian Shepherds currently!
~Bluebird Kennels Rescue Program~
I always check the Humane Society when I log in, but I never find any dogs there thanks to all the wonderful people on FP :) But WHAT IF we could do something with these dogs people have thrown away?
WHAT IF they could contribute to FP instead of just living out their days So I am picking up dogs from the Humane Society and training them. Who knows, maybe I'll breed them at 100 days. They could be something.

It does cost money to take care of these dogs, and while I am able to do care for them as of now, that may change in the future. It would mean the world to me if you could donate just a little! We strive to treat each rescue just like any other dog, which can be a little pricier but I firmly believe that it is for the better.
If you feel a desire to donate, here's some items we use daily:
- Lacrima with Chicken and Rice
- Food/Water Bowls
- Leashes and collars of any color
- Dog beds
- Krong chews

~Prefixes~
As of 11/27/24, the following rules in my kennel regarding prefixes will be put in place
Personal Dogs
All dogs that I breed for my personal use will have my prefix ({B}) attached to their name. If they are sold, they will come with the prefix
Rescue Dogs
I'll be training up my rescues in order to use them to contribute to FP. You are welcome to message me if you'd like any of them (they're always available :)).
If I raise the rescue dog past level 10, then in my opinion I have raised the dog to what it is now and have the right to add a prefix**.
Litters If the litter has a good quality, especially if I'm breeding an 88 or 100 day female to a high ranking male, I've put a lot of time and money into the litter. I am a rising progenitor and all puppies will be available for $0 bids, but I will request that they go home with a prefix.
**NOTE** I'm pretty sure you can only add a prefix to a dog that you haven't bred if you buy the dog before it reaches level 5, or maybe if you are the one to register it in a casso. Most of these dogs are rescued from the Humane Society at around 12 days, when they're just at level 1.
