Our Kennel

Currently, Elite Sporthunde is working towards building 24HH, lala, 4x stat lines of dogs. We focus primarily on the various scent hound breeds and hopefully will eventually have 24HH, lala, double-stat-boosted lines of all the scent hounds, however our primary focus is on the Black and Tan Coonhound, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and Plotts at the moment. Our dogs work in a couple of different disciplines, but we primarily focus on tracking, scent hurdles, and rally-o.

In the past, we have focused on Azores Cattle Dogs (reaching BoB 4x), Dutch Shepherds, and German Pinschers (reaching top 20 in the breed several times). You may still see some of these breeds with our prefix, as a matter of fact, and we hope their new kennels feel the same pride in working with them that we did!

The Owner

Hey there, my name is Kate. I'm a late-20's woman living in Texas. I've been playing Furry Paws on and off since 2004 (15 years omg) but never really got too seriously into the game. I'm back with a vengeance, however, and making up for lost time! Now that I'm a little older I find I thoroughly enjoy the genetics and more complex aspects of gameplay that I found frustrating and dull when I was young. I currently work full-time and also attend university so sometimes I'll have to lock all or most of my dogs here and there when real life gets too busy. I have one dog, a hound/shepherd mix, named Scooter. I also have two cats, siblings, Zeke & Louise.

Breeding

At the moment I am not offering my dogs for outside breeding. Perhaps when I've reached my genetic goals I will offer my dogs for stud, but that remains to be seen.

Sales

I will sometimes offer dogs for sale depending on whether or not they fit in my lines. I will use a scaled pricing system that takes into account level, HH/hh count, litter size genetics, and age. If a dog is up for public sale, its price is non-negotiable as I will have priced them according to the above attributes. If I have a dog up for private offer it's likely I will be happy to entertain fair offers for the dog.

At the moment any puppies made available for public sale will only be for sale for achievement purposes. In the future, once my private lines are well established, I may offer some puppies for reservation with my prefix for others to add into their own showing and breeding programs.
