Eternally Dark Herding Dogs

This is my account for non Great Dane dogs that are pretty much all herding type dogs. I do like herding dogs with the Border Collie being a favorite breed even before I ever fell in love with Great Danes. I first learned about herding dogs when I was around 12, and I given a stuffed black and white Border Collie toy from a BC rescue. I loved that dog and named him Jeffery of Jeff for short. Sadly he met his end one night after being left in the rain and getting soaked and then molding as he ended up lost in a bush. Pretty much cried when my mother told me he was ruined and I would not get another til I learned to take better care of my stuff. So after that I never left toys out and took excellent care of everything I owned.

I never did get a replacement for Jeff. I wanted an identical stuffed BC but I have not found one quite like him. The closest I have found is Ellie the Border Collie from Douglas Cuddle Toys. Mine was much better as it had more fur, a more realistis hard plastic black nose, more realistic brown eyes, and a full white collar of fur around it's neck. I also really wanted a Border Collie after getting that toy, but I never did get one as I have always live in cities and usually a small apartment. So no dog for me sadly, just my black cat Shadow. I do have on this account a BC I named after Jeff: EDD To Fast To Catch Jeffery

If I ever do move into a house I would get a solid black Great Dane and black and white Border Collie. Or even a mix of the two as that would look odd but pretty.
