Auryn
I usually breed only at age 88 and age 100.
My male dogs go up for stud when they hit level 10.
I do NOT accept breeding requests if your dog is level 4 or lower. Your dog also needs to be cared for, including having 100% comfort (bed and chew). I do spot check other dogs in your kennel to see if they are fully cared for as well, so providing a bed/chew for the dog you want to breed to my studs and leaving your other dogs high and dry won't cut it. Potential adopters? Same. I check for the comfort. Chews are not that expensive.
My Poodle breeding program is not only for health, but to eliminate the Irish white genes in Poodles because Irish white is not nearly as prevalent in Poodles as it is on FP. My foundation stock has at least one S gene each. All others that didn't were retired instead of put up for adoption. I prefer the solid Poodles and will strive for a line of them.
