About Me

Hi, I'm Brooklynn. I am a 24 year-old college grad currently working as a marketing specialist in the Midwest. I currently own my own home and have two darling babies - River, a Great Pyr/Chow mix, and Rowan, also a Great Pyr mix. Most of my time is spent solely with them, though when I'm not with them I'm likely working on the next great American novel.

About ~Warriors of Light~

~Warriors of Light~ (WoL) was created on August 16, 2006. I started out with two Australian Shepards, two Cocker Spaniels, and a number of Border Collies and succeeded in breeding some relatively good dogs. But then I wasn't on for a while and the dogs got old and, unfortunately, otherwise useless. I retired them, and the other dogs I had at the time, and started over with a clean slate. I now permanently breed Akitas on this site, as well as various others. I have since bred Akita Inus, Bearded Collies, Border Collies, Bouvier des Flandres, Cardigan Welsh Corgi, Caucasian Ovtcharkas, Chow-Chows, German Shepards, Great Pyrenees, Finnish Laphunds, Finnish Spitzes, Korean Jindos, Newfoundlands, Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Shetland Sheepdogs, Stabyhouns, Thai Ridgebacks, Rough Collies, and West Siberian Laikas.

Dogs

All dogs are cared for on a daily basis, and entered into competitions and/or trained accordingly.

Breeding and Buying

~Breeding: All male dogs are available for breeding, and the price is based on their genetics and current level. Prices are generally non-negotiable, especially since they are by far the lowest on the market for the benefits.
*FEMALES ARE NOT FOR BREEDING.

~Buying:
*Once bought, please breed the dog at least once. I don't want my hard work to go to waste.
*Please do not retire the dog before age 100.
*You should be able to show the dog everyday. If not, please lock your account

Real Life Doggos

There are currently two dogs that own my heart. Bentley is a Cocker Spaniel/Husky mix. We have had him since May 2011. He is about Spaniel sized at 40 lbs, with very defined Husky markings. He is also very clearly my mother's, but that's okay. Bentley is very sweet and precious and everyone loves him. My only concern is that if he runs away, someone might not give him back. River is a Great Pyrenees/Chow mix. He current weighs in at 70 lbs, and is very strongly a guardian boy. He protects the house. I rescued him September 2016 at around 2 years of age, and shortly after realized he had been abused badly by his previous owner. Since then, we've worked on a lot of issues and he is now a begrudging older brother to his darling little sister. Rowan is the newest addition to our little family! I picked her up at 9 weeks old on November 7, 2020. Ro is a demon-worshipping piranha and my hands ache thinking about her, but she is such a sweet girl and I'm excited to see what sort of joy she brings to our household.
