Breeding Quality Shepherds since FP Beta!

Since returning from a long, post-Beta hiatus, Royalty Kennels has re-dedicated itself to the production of high-quality dogs capable of competing at the highest levels and positively contributing to their breed's genetic pool. German Shepherds, Belgian Tervurens, and American White Shepherds remain the bread and butter of our operation; however, the kennel hosts several other breeds -- ranging from additional Shepherd breeds to Irish Setters, Siberian Huskies, and most recently, Chart Polskis. Where possible, Royalty Kennels tends to specialize in solid-colored breeds, or solid-colored coat variations allowed by breed standard.

Breeding Policies

I do not automatically unlock studs when I accept breeding requests, unless I can tell the breeding will clearly happen in the next 24 hours. If I can see that your female is currently unlocked and at 98 or 110 days (and it's either early in the day or you're actively online), or if I recognize you and know from past experience you only request when you're ready to breed, I'll probably automatically unlock any non-day-110, non-Phoenix-blessed studs. In all other cases, though, I tend to err on the side of caution and will leave my stud locked until I hear from you and know what day you would like me to unlock.

If I have accepted a breeding request but have not unlocked my stud yet, please send me a message to let me know when you are hoping to complete the breeding.

For certain (especially Phoenix-Blessed or Day 110) studs, I may have to coordinate more than one breeding; please do not unlock any of your own females until we've touched base and made sure we're on the same page about what day the breeding will happen. I may also be reserving a set number of breedings for certain studs, so please understand that if you request several breedings at once, there may be times where I can only accept some but not all of your requests. If this is the case, I will message you to explain, and will let you tell me which breedings you'd like to prioritize.

I am usually pretty bad about actually going through and listing studs for public breeding requests; even if they aren't officially listed for stud, most males in my kennel are usually available for at least one or two (if not more) public breedings. Feel free to send me a message inquiring about any possible stud you're interested in, whether they're currently listed or not, but please understand that unlisted females, unlisted Age 100+ GSDs with the "»|RK." prefix, and unlisted age 100+ Tervs are dogs I am probably saving breedings on at this point.

I often (but not always) have additional aptitude information on studs that may not be publicly viewable. Feel free to message me requesting any of this info at any time, and I'll be happy to share whatever information I do have.

Sale Policies

While I very much understand that everyone's approach to this game is different, and while I would never judge another player for how they do or do not choose to play this game, please understand that I am admittedly VERY picky about placing/selling dogs and puppies that I have bred in my kennel. If you are interested in a puppy I have listed for sale, or any adult dog that is listed for private sale, please keep in mind the following information:

When it comes to dogs that I have bred:
I will only sell to showing/leveling homes.
I will not sell to accounts mass-producing litters or consistently breeding sub-200+ quality litters (excluding new lines in development).
I usually will not sell young/unleveled dogs to brand new players, out of concern the account will be abandoned.
For dedicated newer players who haven't been around long enough to have a demonstrated track record of showing and leveling dogs, I am often still willing to place older, already-leveled dogs with them, even if I have previously rejected a bid on a puppy or young, unleveled dog.
I prefer breed-focused or Best of Sport/Breed Project homes, but will certainly consider others.
I do not discriminate between elite or non-elite homes, but expect dogs to be leveled appropriately for account status.
I do keep track of pups I have placed in the past, and I will not sell to someone who has previously purchased a dog bred by me and then immediately resold/rehomed them, bred a female repeatedly, and/or failed to level them to at least level 30.
Litter pups labeled "**Please Return to Fiction #732951" are those I have already made requests to have bid on then returned by specific players. Random $0 bids are not welcome and will be rejected. Reasonable bids, appropriate for the quality of the dog, may be considered depending on the situation, but keep in mind your offer will need to be high enough to persuade me to give up a pup I intended to keep. I have yet to accept an offer on such a dog below seven figures, but have occasionally been persuaded to accept an offer and sell a pup I had originally planned to keep.

For all other dogs, generally listed for public sale:
I do not do kennel checks.
I do not care what you do with with the dog after the fact.
I do not care if you show/level the dog, if you retire them early, etc.
I do not care if you "flip" the dog to immediately resell at a higher price.
I will sometimes haggle "Ready to Level Up" achievement dogs, especially if you buy more than one.
I will always be willing to lower the price of dogs listed at/below $10,000, if you are interested in them but cannot afford them. For new players, or for quality showing or breed-focused homes, I will even transfer some of these dogs for free if you ask nicely.

I will ALWAYS take back any dog I've bred no matter their age/condition. I will also always be happy to pay a fair price for their age/level/breeding status. Please feel free to send me a message or offer them directly to me via transfer if you've got a dog bred by me (whether it has one of my "ROYAL" or "»|RK." prefixes or not) that you do not wish to keep.

Other Services

I am very happy to help users toward their progenitor achievements, and I have three different accounts to place bids from. However, at this time I am NOT interested in keeping progenitor pups from others' litters, and so will be returning any and all progenitor pups once they've weaned. I am not interested in scrolling through your kennel to find an open litter, nor do I want to have to look through all of the pups to pick the best dog for you. Please have already selected the pups you'd like bids on, and only reach out to me once you can provide direct links. I'd also appreciate it if you had your ID number in the pup's name to save me some time when I'm sending them back, but this part is not a strict requirement.

If you would like me to bid on any of your litters, please send me a POLITE request via private message, and be sure to include the DIRECT LINK to any pup(s) you want me to bid $0 on.

Additionally, please note that I am not always in the habit of checking each of my side accounts every day. If possible, please either select up to three pups that wean on the same day so that I will see a pup on my main account and know to check my side accounts, or, alternatively, please send me a polite message (to my main account, here) reminding me the morning a pup weans to a side account.

Personal Preferences

In the interest of being transparent and avoiding any hurt feelings, please keep the following things in mind:

I do not accept random friend requests. Please don't take it personally if I ignore/reject a request or if I remove a friend after some time of not interacting.

I do not give out FPD/FPP/Rares/Items/Dogs to players who randomly message me asking for or demanding free gifts/donations.

I will always welcome polite haggling or counteroffers on dogs/items I have for sale/trade. I may or may not accept a lower rate, but I'll never be offended by a friendly inquiry.

Random messages are very welcome! As a Newbie Helper, I'm always happy to answer gameplay-related questions, but discussions about dogs, dog sports irl, hockey, etc., are all very welcome as well! Please understand I am an adult with work and personal obligations; it may take me a little while to respond to messages, and even if I'm showing up as "online," sometimes I only have just enough time to do a single specific task.

Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, aber Nachrichten auf Deutsch sind immer willkommen.

**I do not retire dogs in my kennel that are not part of my breeding program or for some other reason of sentimental value to me. Please understand that if a dog is in my kennel for diversifier purposes, it will almost certainly be rehomed at some point in its life. If one of your dogs is in one of my "Achievement" kennels or my "Landing Pad" kennel, and you would like them back when I am done leveling/raising rather than rehomed, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message letting me know! I am always very happy to return dogs instead of listing them for public sale or dropping them at the humane society.

Relatedly: I will always take back ANY dog that I've bred, especially if they are dogs wearing one of my prefixes: "ROYAL" or "»|RK."; if you have one of my dogs and are looking to rehome them, please consider sending me a message or offering them directly up for transfer to me (#732951). I will always be happy to take them back and will pay a fair price for their age and level.

Kennel Properties

GSDs

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

My main line of German Shepherds remains directly descended from my very first GSDs back on Beta. Way back then, before aptitude was a thing and back when agility was one of the main breed stats for GSDs, my dogs were primarily agix4 and Herding-focused. After returning from a lengthy hiatus and determining that focus on Herding was no longer as ideal, I began the slow transition over to Schutzhund, taking a brief detour into stamina before eventually landing on intelligence as my chosen stat boost instead. There are still some stragglers in my kennel, and if you poke around, you'll likely stumble upon some of my older locked Shepherds or their more recent descendants who may be stmx4 or carry both stamina and intelligence in their genetics, but the vast majority of my dogs are intelligence-focused.

Within GSDs, I generally breed for:
24HH lala intx4
Schutzhund Aptitude
XPMs of over 1.650x+
Solid coloring (aa genetics)
Optionally, some dogs may also be Irish (si genetics)

You will notice the GSDs in my kennel follow a couple of different naming conventions, depending on which line they belong to:

My "Main Line" GSDs carry the prefix »|RK. and currently have hockey-related registered names. Littermates or full siblings all begin with the same letter, though at this point each letter has now been used at least once, and letters are not being assigned in any strict alphabetical order. Where possible, there may be some additional connection between parent and littermate names, but this is not particularly common. All of my Main Line GSDs are directly descended from ICSc ROYAL Ruß #, one of my first phoenix-blessed dogs and the first dog of my breeding to ever achieve level 90, level 100, BoB, or IC. The best of her grandchildren were the first dogs in my kennel to acquire the »|RK. prefix, and today, that prefix remains exclusively used by the best offspring in each generation; not all offspring of an »|RK. GSD will remain in my "main line," as those falling below aptitude or XPM cut-offs get moved into one of my secondary lines. This line could not have achieved even a fraction of its success without contributions from a number of other excellent GSD breeders out there, including Kiba, Blud, Ganzie, and Coje.

Among my secondary line GSDs, those phenotypically Irish (sisi or sisp) and not of my main line carry the ROYAL prefix and are named for places in Ireland. The addition of Irish and Irish-carrying dogs to my GSD lines is one of my most recent additions; many of the dogs in this line are still of newer-to-me generations, and have not yet been fully switched from other sport-appropriate stat boosts (stm or str) to intx4, nor have they yet been fully transitioned to solid color coat patterning (aa).

The remaining secondary line GSDs in my kennel carry the ROYAL prefix and have registered names in German, the vast majority of which are related in some way to the names of at least one parent.

Tervs

My Tervurens carry the names of various, predominantly classical, composers.

Within Tervs, I breed for:
24HH lala intx4
Schutzhund Aptitude
XPMs of over 1.650x+
