Sheltie 2 Shelter

This is my first kennel of two set to breed Shetland Sheepdogs. I don't have any plans as of now to breed any other breed of dog, but if I do, they will also be drovers. This is my training kennel. Here I will be breeding for the best trained dogs in each of their respective skills. I won't be breeding for colors or anything frivolous. However, I will also be trying to breed out any Fairs and Poors in my dogs genetics. This means that any dogs with F's or P's in their genetics are automatically removed from my breeding program. That doesn't mean I will give up on them though. They will fulfill their potential and be retired when the time is right for them.

I currently have 1 training facility for Herding, but plan for 3 more in Tracking, Agility, and Flyball. Each will be specializing in their most important stat, I believe they are Agility and Intellect. I also plan for four Kennels total, one for each of the noted skills and a Memory Garden for obvious reasons.

Any dogs bred in my 2nd account with sisi in their 7th pair in their DNA sequence will automatically be transferred here where, as long as they have no F's or P's in their DNA, shall be entroduced into the breeding program here.

All of my dogs will be bred at the ages of 12, 36,60,84, and 100 and then retired honorably at the ripe old age of 101. However, if they have F's or P's in their DNA, their retirement will be decided based on how well they are doing in competitions and how much money they are making. Each dog has to pull their own weight by either breeding or competing and I will do everything within my power to make sure that they are able to work at their full potential.

I hope that in time I will have made many friends in the drovers community and many friends who want nothing more than to make Shelties some of the top contenders on FPaws. I will do my best, and I hope I can find others who want to do their best as well.
